1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gadgetlifeshop.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Gadget Life ("Gadget Life," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, and pricing accurately. However, colors, packaging, and minor specifications may vary from what is shown on the Site. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or duties, which are calculated at checkout where required.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Card details are tokenized at the point of entry and are never stored on our servers. Your billing statement will show the descriptor gadgetlifeshop.com.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days; expedited and priority options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak-season volume.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will work with you and the carrier to resolve lost, stolen, or damaged shipments where our Journey Package Protection add-on or the carrier's own policies apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects only. To initiate a return or warranty claim, contact our support team within the applicable period with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved returns should be shipped back in their original packaging where possible.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Products damaged through misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
  • Optional protection plans purchased at checkout (Product Coverage, Journey Package Protection) may extend or modify these terms — see Section 8.

7. Membership Rewards Program

Our optional Membership Rewards Program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Titanium tiers) is billed monthly at the rate shown at signup. Membership benefits — including monthly product credits, store credit, and priority processing — are described in full on our Member Rewards page and may change from time to time with reasonable notice.

You may modify or cancel your membership at any time through the "My Easy Cancel" form, or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

8. Product Coverage & Protection Plans

Optional add-ons offered at checkout, such as Product Coverage or Journey Package Protection, provide the specific benefits described on the checkout page at the time of purchase (for example, accidental damage protection or replacement for lost/stolen/damaged shipments). These add-ons are separate from, and supplement, the standard 30-day manufacturing warranty and are non-transferable.

9. Accounts & Conduct

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping content without permission, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and software — is the property of Gadget Life or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gadget Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gadget Life, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or Site functionality. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
