At Gadget Life, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. This Return Policy explains how our 30-day limited warranty works, what's eligible for return, and how to start a return, exchange, or refund request. It applies to all orders placed on buyGadget Life.co.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or warranty claim for a manufacturing defect. Requests submitted after this window may be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed a refund or replacement.

To start a return or warranty claim:
Please do not send products back before receiving confirmation from our support team, as unapproved returns may experience delays in processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund — for example, swapping a defective unit for a replacement of the same product — let our support team know when you start your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your order arrives damaged, is defective out of the box, or never arrives at all, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier where applicable and offer a replacement or refund. If you purchased Journey Package Protection at checkout, damaged, lost, or stolen packages during transit are covered at no additional cost — see Section 9.

For returns due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we cover return shipping costs. For other approved returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated by our support team at the time your return is approved.
Membership Rewards Program subscriptions are not "returned" in the traditional sense but can be modified or cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; fees already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
