1. Overview

At Gadget Life, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. This Return Policy explains how our 30-day limited warranty works, what's eligible for return, and how to start a return, exchange, or refund request. It applies to all orders placed on buyGadget Life.co.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or warranty claim for a manufacturing defect. Requests submitted after this window may be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed a refund or replacement.

3. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item generally must be:

  • Within the 30-day return window from the delivery date.
  • Affected by a manufacturing defect, or otherwise not functioning as described.
  • In its original packaging where possible, with any included accessories.
  • Accompanied by your order number or the email used at checkout.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse, accidental drops, water exposure (outside stated ratings), or unauthorized modification/repair.
  • Normal wear and tear that does not affect core functionality.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and Membership Rewards Program fees already billed for the current cycle.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Products purchased with our optional Product Coverage add-on may have expanded eligibility — see Section 9.

5. How to Start a Return

To start a return or warranty claim:

  • Contact our support team at info@gadgetlifeshop.com or through our Contact Us page.
  • Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description (and photo, if possible) of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions or next steps within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send products back before receiving confirmation from our support team, as unapproved returns may experience delays in processing.

6. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.

7. Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund — for example, swapping a defective unit for a replacement of the same product — let our support team know when you start your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Damaged, Defective & Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective out of the box, or never arrives at all, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier where applicable and offer a replacement or refund. If you purchased Journey Package Protection at checkout, damaged, lost, or stolen packages during transit are covered at no additional cost — see Section 9.

9. Product Coverage & Protection Plans

Optional add-ons available at checkout extend your standard protection:

  • Product Coverage — adds accidental damage protection, a free replacement guarantee, and express replacement service beyond the standard 30-day manufacturing warranty.
  • Journey Package Protection — guarantees a free replacement if your delivery is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, no questions asked.

These add-ons are shown with their specific terms at checkout and are non-transferable to other orders.

10. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we cover return shipping costs. For other approved returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated by our support team at the time your return is approved.

11. Membership Cancellations

Membership Rewards Program subscriptions are not "returned" in the traditional sense but can be modified or cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; fees already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable except where required by law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
