1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how Gadget Life processes and ships orders placed on buyGadget Life.co, including processing times, carriers, rates, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit. It applies to all orders unless a different timeline is shown for a specific product at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted third-party carriers, selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Available shipping options — Standard, Expedited, or Express — are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address and the products in your order.

4. Shipping Rates & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and the weight or volume of your order. The final shipping fee is always shown before you confirm and pay for your order, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping — 2–4 business days (see Section 8)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing for certain areas, or peak-season order volume.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track shipments through 17TRACK. Tracking availability and accuracy are subject to the policies and update frequency of the third-party carrier.

7. International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, delivery times are typically longer than domestic orders due to customs clearance and international transit. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

8. Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping is available as an add-on at checkout for a flat fee, offering a faster delivery window (typically 2–4 business days) as a balance between affordability and reasonable transit time. Selecting Priority Shipping does not change your order processing time — it applies once your order has shipped.

9. Journey Package Protection

For extra peace of mind, you can add Journey Package Protection at checkout. If your delivery is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, we'll replace it 100% free — no questions asked. Without this add-on, lost or stolen package claims are handled on a case-by-case basis together with the carrier (see Section 10).

10. Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but never received, or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. Orders with Journey Package Protection are covered automatically at no extra cost.

11. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship exactly to the address provided. Gadget Life is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our carriers, rates, or operations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
